Following are some Tips to save time and trouble:
One of the biggets problems we see is the disaster when people forget to clear detail and consolidate the
accounts receivable after printing statements. A good tip is to run ar step 2, print detail after the billing
cycle is done using display mode just to be sure. We have developed some fixes, but a couple of minutes extra can save much grief.
Another similar and huge disaster is after the handicap update run is forgetting to clear the posted score file. This results in long hours of work to fix as the scores get posted twice.
